Test for "weak" coil?

Axle/Gears: 10 bolt, 3.23 non-LS
Test for "weak" coil?
I see in the Shop Manual how to test if your coil is broken. But is there a way to test for a "weak" coil?

Car: '91 Camaro RS
Engine: 3.1 V6
Transmission: Auto
ignition scope, should show 3 to 4 coil oscillations. might get a st125 spark checker if it fires that good then should be ok, not very accurate though.
