Alright, when Autozone put in my battery after being recharged, my little lights around the SYSTEM CHECK Screen that say, RES, TRIP, AVG, and what not, they dont light up anymore,
The lights on my AC/HEAT control, the ones that say, HEAT, MAX, NORMAL, VENT, they dont light up anymore either.
FINALLY, the lights on my shifter, P,R,N,D,2,1, they no longer light up.

What is causing these lights not to light up anymore?

 

Have you checked your fuses to see if one is blown?

 

yeah, ive replaced the ACC, GUAGE, and CLSTR fuses, no different

 

Have you thought that maybe the light bulbs are dead?

If everything else is working, except for a few select lights, it's probably the bulb.

 

Ive got the exact same problem that you have. Same lights and all dont work. Except my rear driving lights also dont work. About 10% of the time the lights come on for some reason. But i have noticed that the rear driving lights do work when the shifter P,R,N,D,2,1 work, but only then. Also my brake lights do always still work. Id really like to figure out what the problem is! -Austin

 

ok, so how do I take the center console piece that my shifter lights are on to replace them? and how about the lights by my SYSTEM CHECK screen?

 

you know what... i just figured out what the the problem was in my t/a. The black button that you push to turn on the driving lights and half the interior lights(the ones that arent coming on for you) is finicky. When i push it in, the lights dont come on. I have to push extra hard and sometimes wiggle it to get them to come on. You might check there because it sounds like we were dealing with the same lights. But goodluck. -Austin

 

well, it wasnt the switch, i dont know what it could be, im just gonna replace the bulbs and see if that works.
