Quick question: do both of these plugs circled in the picture below go to the emissions stuff? Would this be causing a Check Engine Light Code 13 (O2 sensor)?

What are the wire colors on each of the plugs?

 

Those are emissions connectors. These shouldn't cause the code. Have you replaced the O2? They are cheap for your car. I replaced my O2 sensor and it still threw the code. I replaced some vacuum hoses and adjusted my carb and it went away.
