need help with fuses

the other day i left my key on and drained the battery. after recharging it later that night, the dash gauges didnt work, and the pop up headlights wouldnt go back down. i later discovered that the tail lights were out too.

i replaced the fuse and this fixed the problem, and now it has blown 3 more times.

there was a 15 in it when i replaced it, can anyone tell me if im using too low of a fuse? you would think it would require higher to power those headlights.

can someone let me know.....thanks in advance guys!!

since no one answered, ill post the rest of whats going on in hopes someone can help me!

i put a 20 fuse in and everything was working fine until tonight when i turned them on, only 1 headlight popped up, i shut em off (it went down) and turned them back on and they both popped up and turned on.

go to shut them off and both wont go down, no tail lights again.

could this be my headlight motor malfunctioning and causing me to blow fuses?
can anyone help me! PLEASE!!!!
Thanks
Grace
