Car won't shut off?

Car won't shut off?
Hey, we did a swap and dropped a LS1 into my '83. It was running fine no problems at all, well we decided to move the location of the pcm and rewired everything back up. The car started up first try, but when I went to turn it off the damn thing kept running. I had to stall it out to get it to turn off. What does the ignition switch do when I turn the key to off? Any idea where to look for what's wrong?

Got it, one of the wires we though was hot 24/7 actaully ended at a relay. Connected the wire back up the way it was and viola.
