Why Dead battery
I start my car every week(not on the road yet) but yesterday I installed 2 used headlight assm's and then tryed them.
No dash lights, the headlights did not pop up but one of bulbs worked on hi or low. Today I went to move it and I cant even get a click out of it even though the under dash lite comes on. I checked for bad fuses and found nothing.
I didnt think the headlight assm's would drain the batt unless the switch was on. Do I have a bad lite switch?

USE A LIGHT TOUCH
We hope you’re running it at least 15 minutes
due to the fact you’re starting it only once a week.
We have no way of knowing if your problem is a
coincidence. You’re ‘gonna hafta’ make sure
you didn’t create any shorts with your new install.
Yes your switch could have failed in an 'always on mode'.
Use an ammeter in series with your bat to verify
you have nothing draining it when everything is turned off.
.
Happy Racing !
- If people drove any slower
they’d be going backwards -

Thanx for the reply Nina. I do let the car run for atleast that long but I dont know how I could have shorted something because all I did was plug into the factory connections. I have a funny feeling its the switch. I'll post when I find the answer.
