Ignition Security Glitching.
My car is a 91 Transam GTA and ever since I got it used the electronic security that reads the chip in the key has been faulty. About 1 out of every 5 starts end up with me sitting in the car, everything off, wating for 2 mins so the security will let me turn it on. Any idea how much a problem like this would cost to fix? Im asuming its something in the ignition that is loose, causing the chip not to touch the sensor all the time.

Axle/Gears: 3:08,3:27
if you havn't tried a new key i would start there.otherwise it's probably in the steering column i would guess.
