Headlight conversion question
Has anyone done the Diamond headlight conversion from light lens? How hard is it to wire and does it look any better. If this isn't the right place for this please move.

I tried on a Grand Waggoneer I had. It's simple to do.The lens/reflector assembly mounts the same as your current headlights. The H4 bulb they use generally are higher wattage than the standard 55 watt low/65 watt high beam headlight(buy a decent bulb and not the blue tinted ones you see on Ebay - you won't be happy). You will want to upgrade the headlight wiring to take the load off the switch(it's a good idea to do on just about any vehicle). There's an article in the Tech Section https://www.thirdgen.org/headlightupgrade and you can also buy the lits from Summit(look for APC kits).
One thing I will add I've gone with Sylvania Silverstars(on all 3 of my vehicles) and I'm very happy with the quality/quantity of light they produce.
