Bad Relay?
Hey...alright i've finally found the horn relay...only to replace it and find out that my horn still dosnt work...i bought a tester to test the wires to see if there live but they arnt, even with the new relay...when i checked the wires that go into the slots where the horn relay plugs into there are 3 wires...a green one,an orange one and a black one...when i put the tester to the orange wire it lights up...the green and black wires dont...does this mean that the current is makeing it from the battery or whatever as far as the relay but is getting stopped by the relay? even though its a brand new relay?...thanks any replies would be welcomed...also is there any way i could check the relay to see if its good instead of having to go out and buy another new one?

Here is a trouble shooting guide, along with the wiring diagram. As you have found, you have DC power to the Horn Relay, but you need to active the relay to get power to the horn.
If you have trouble reading this diagram, PM me with your email address and I will send you a 1.2 MB file of the diagram, which you should be able to zoom in on to read better.
