ok so i tok my driver side motor apart, drilled the rivets out, split the halves, all the parts look great even the fine toothed gear is nice, the end hole bushings that the gear's shaft rides in have a tiny bit of slop but not tons,

arent thy supposed to be gel or whatever ?

they dont seem to be such a thing at all

were these 82 motors different in this regard than later years' ones?


the larger half of the housing is cracked all the way to the bushing hole so it is junk im gonna have to find a replacement housing half for the driver side motor, hum


actually i gotta find one for both motors, hum
as both of my larger half cases are busted,
