turn signal wiring harness

i want to replace my old turn signal dealie with one that has all the nice white lettering on it (got one brand new, but....) so i took the old one off and the new one has a different connecter on the wiring harness, but seems to have the same color wires. can i splice the two different harnesses together or do i have to search for another turn signal dealie?

Re: turn signal wiring harness

They should be the same, but check the wiring diagrams for your car as well as the year the new switch was for.

Yes they should be the same exact thing as long as the new one you have is for a camaro. Only difference should be cruise or not. But you can splice them together if you want and everything should be fine.
