Wont turn over
So today we were trying to fix my fuse 11 problem. Replaced horn relay..nope. Then we go to the ciggarette lighter and unplug it. interior lights stay on. YES! until i try to start the car. everything goes out, and it ticks once and thats that. Please, this is a nightmare.
Could it be the VATS? because thats what we think. How do you bypass it?

Stupid fix. Negative batter connector wasnt tight enough. However, i still have the SECURITY message when i put the key in run.
