No power, please help...

I'm having a problem with my 92 camaro. The battery is fine, I've tested power to the ECM and im getting continuous power there, but the is no power to the fuse block. I actually had it started and running for a day by popping the clutch, but then when I put the key in to start it it doesn't do anything. The key in ignition warning doesn't even work, headlights int lights, nothing works, tried popping the clutch again and nothing.
PLEASE anybody help point me inn the right direction or have any ideas..
Thank you, Al

Check fuse links (down by the starter) and that you have power to the ignition switch.
