exactly what the title says..... when i turn off my wipers, they go down, but not COMPLETELY, especially the passenger side one, theres usually still about 2 inches of space between the wiper and where it should be resting on the hook at the base of the windshield.

any idea's? they work fine, and i can push them down into place, but they just never go down completely...... its annoying
