Engine: custom 5.7, 5.0 , 6.5 Turbo diesel
Transmission: 4spd, auto, auto
Axle/Gears: 2.77 posi
VSS/no computer

basically, Is it possible? my car does not have a computer and currently I have a cable driven speedometer. I need to convert it to the wire kind before I swap to a T-56. also whats the best way to convert the signal from the T56 to the 3rd gen gauge

bump again? ppl are putting them in much older vehicles how do THEY get over the problem

well,since this place didn't work for you (www.tansmissioncenter.net)
maybe try a search on here. I just typed in t-56 tranny swap and found alot of info. Hope this helps

If your not running a computer then you just need to change the tailshaft housing to a cable driven speedo.

none of them were cable driven

yeah that an option and one I might have to go with but, 300 BUCK!!! they want too much for it. someone needs to compete with them
