Dim Drivers Headlight?

Here's an odd problem, hopefully someone has some insight.

The drivers side headlight on my 92 'Bird is dim. This just randomly happened one day. Also, when I turn the headlights on, I can see my High-Beam light ever so slightly light up, though they're off.

I was thinking a bad ground, but I have no idea where to start looking. Any ideas?

High beams work normally.

Re: Dim Drivers Headlight?

You're right, it's the ground.

You'll also notice, when you turn on the brights, it will go out. And, if the problem is that the one wire that grounds both lights is disconnected where it goes to the radiator core support, the bright won't work either.

Start at the low beam bulb's plug, might just be that the plug is loose. Check that first. If it's still out, follow the black wire. Make sure all is well along it until you arrive at the chassis. Make sure there's a clean tight secure connection there.
