Headlight Motor (I Think) Shorted Out

Headlight Motor (I Think) Shorted Out
1990 Formula Firebird,
I installed new headlight motors and in process shorted out the wires against the frame, now the motors will not activate. Did I blow a fuse, relay or something. I cannot find anything in the repair book about this.
PS the lights still work, only the motors are not working,
