On my third replacement cluster-- ?
Alright I have a 1991 Camaro and over the past two years I have had my speedometer fail three times.... each time went through checkin things out to find the problem and each time it has come down the cluster itself...
after the original quit i got another one off Ebay and things worked fine no problems for 7 months or so and than that one quit, second one got off Ebay and that one worked fine right after i put it in and than after a year os so that one took a crap i just got another one and it is still working fine but Im wondering is there something within the electronics of the dash that goes bad that can be replaced?? Or is it just a broken deal that requires complete replacement each time? *I just recently fixed my tach by putting in resistors thanks to that great post and was hoping something like that is happening with the speedometers.
ALso ever since I put in this last replacement cluster my oil pressure gauge kinda bounces around quite abit going all over the place. Any ideas or thoughts on this? Thank You.
