electrical gremlin in radio circuit.

electrical gremlin in radio circuit.
this is concerning the circuit that provides power to the radio/dome light/watever else i dont know.
background info. when i bought the car last year the dome light bracket was broken, leavin the dome light hanging down...blocking my rear view mirror. so the next day i removed it, electrical taped the wires and never had a problem.
until this morning.
started my car, radio wouldnt work. fuse was blown, so i replaced it. literally THE SECOND i put the new 25amp fuse in it blew. this was with me in the car, key out of the ignition, doors closed.
Please help guys thanx
