Helllpppp!!! how do you tell if you have a bad fuse

I suspect my cooling fan fuse may be bad in my 1994 v6, yes it does have an electric fan ( i personally wish it didnt), i found the fuse under the hood in the box, but being the type of fuse it is i have absolutely no idea how to tell if it's still good. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/rafr...1035863k951010 see the part number Airtex # 1R1057 thats the one (black box 5 pin fuse). if anyone has any suggestions or a way to tell if either the fan motor is bad or if it's the fuse thats bad that would be very helpful.

EDIT::
I plan on doing an oil change this afternoon so ill check to make sure that i don't have a blown head gasket while im under there to make sure thats not why my car is overheating

That is a relay. Pull it out and take it to autozone or something similar and they will check it for free. If it works, it should make a clicking noise or you should feel it click.

EDIT:::
Would that cause it to overheat in traffic? I know it's not the air dam because it runs at the correct temp on the highway at around 75 mph so obviously it's getting air then, what temp would the engine have to reach before the fan should come on? im gonna check it all out later today.?..

These fans don't come on until the engine gets pretty warm, over 200 degrees. If the fan is not coming on it will sure make the engine run hot in traffic.
