everytime i turn my lights on my dash my right turning signal light comes on with it. and but when i turn the turning signal to go right the light wont come on outside of the caR.

how do i fix this

 

Have you checked to see if maybe you have a bulb burned out?

 

would that make the light inside of my car stay on?

 

not picking on you or anything but i have an 87 camaro with a v6 and my trans is a 200r4 not a 700r4.
as far as the turn signal problem it sounds like there is a short in your harness. maybe someone had done something to it before you got the car. i would check the bulbs first but it sounds like it is more than just a bulb. also maybe the cluster is shorting out just things to check.

 

check your relay aswell

 

when that happened to me, it was that seperate wire on the front turn signal plug. Mine you can pull out and look at it, i forget why, but i just remember that my problem was up there.

 

i do have a 700r4 they come stock on this model.


and i figured out the problem it was my car telling me my alt was going out.
cuz eventually it did go out, replaced it and the problems gone
