fusible link location

89 GTA
Both fans quit working at the same time.
Everything checks out ok exc. the orange wire to the relays is "Hot at all times" putting a volt meter across the org and blk/red reads 12.4v and shorting these out should activate the motors, it doesnt. Installing a 12v light between the org and blk/red does not light. So somehow the volt meter is getting fooled. I think its the fusible link in the org wire somewhere between the relays and ?.
Anyone have any idea where this link is on the car itself.

Re: fusible link location

Found it, behind battery under alarm siren.
replacing with 20amp fuse.

20amp wasnt enough, the motors draw 35a on startup then run at 8a. Installed a 30 amp, started the motors 3-4 times each then started both at the same time 2-3 times and then let them run for about 5min and the fuse wasnt even warm, so will try that.
