Can a code 22 be a sign of a bad fuel pump?

Engine: 5.7L TPI 350
Transmission: Automatic
Can a code 22 be a sign of a bad fuel pump?

22. Low voltage at throttle positon sensor OR
Fuel cutoff relay circuit open or shorted to ground

Soo.. I got this code, and my car was acting funny, died alot, then it would run and this would flash on and off.

Could code 22 be a sign of a short in the fuel pump wire or something?

I dont think that it would be a sign of a bad fuel pump. I would be most likely a bad or misadjusted sensor or wiring problem. Worst case would be a bad ecm. Here is a chart to help you diagnose the problem.

is it for the TPS?

i got that code but i forget what it said it was for on all data. ether oxygen sensor, egr or something else.
