high beam and cluster light

Axle/Gears: Stock
high beam and cluster light

my camaros high beam works once in while and the cluster light as well but only half of it what could the problem be and where should i start? thanx

Make sure the problem is not the stalk as a step one.

You can trace, with a meter or small light bulb, if the high beam contacts reliably switch the 12 volts on and off.
