Not 100% sure, but I believe the one the arrow is pointing to, is a factory amplifier. Does your car have a factory power antennae?

Re: Name that box!!!
I took that picture from another thread on here. The box the arrow is pointing to is the air bag control module. I'm wondering about the small silver box on the far right of the picture. Circled in red. Here's a pic of mine, from a camera phone so probably pretty crappy.
I would also like to know what the blue box is in the second picture. It has a circuit board inside.

The first one is the blower motor resistor. Can't tell on the second one, pic is too fuzzy.

Ah thanks. I'll try to get a better pic of the second one in the morning. My nice digital camera was stolen a few months back, just have this camera phone.

Re: Name that box!!!
That, my friend, is NOT a blower resistor pack (it's actually under the hood, on the blower casing). However, I am not sure what this box is, I know the newer models more than the older ones, sorry.
The wire colors suggest that it could be the defogger timer but don't take my word for it.
An easy way to figure out what it does is to disconnect it and see what it doesn't do.
And the second box is the Light Driver Module for the CEL bulb in the instrument cluster.
Without it, you won't have the light and you won't be able to read codes from the ALDL.

Hope this helps.

Oops, I re-read my post and realized that it sounded so mean, I'm sorry.
I directed my reply at the original poster, which doesn't look bad, I call him a friend afterall.
But if the reply is read as aimed toward you, I see it's not nice.
Damn those Internetz and their lack of emotion.
I was just trying to form a useful answer with no intent of making you feel bad.
I need to start re-reading my replies before posting them.
