I have no turn signals...HELP?

I got an 88 IROC. Runs fine, only problem is its an electrical nightmare. First off I dont have any turn signals. The bulbs arent the problem, I know this because the 4-ways work fine. I had this car for a while and the turn signals went about 2 weeks ago when I messed with this shifter relay for my B&M shifter. Is there a fuse for the signals I dont know about? I must say, other electronics are going nuts as well. Example when i put my headlights on, the stock RPM guage reads 7000, as well as the left arrow thats supposed to blink with the signal is lit with the dash lights as well. Like I said, electrical nightmare. If ANYONE has any suggestions please tell me. Thanks TG.O members!

Never mind guys. Jumped right on it after I posted the first one. Problem was that the relay wasnt making connection with this one wire. Its all good now!
