Read this and most of your engine bay will be cleaned up

Use a small holesaw and the headlight harness can be hidden under the fender
The rest you're kind of stuck with

Hidden Agenda
You can hide your wires in plain sight with LOOM.
Loom comes in all colors and diameters and chrome.
You can use color coordinated ty-wraps or chrome tape.
Add some chrome plated cable clamps to hold it in place and you’re good to go.

If People Drove Any Slower They’d Be Going Backwards
Fog lights are not driving lights. They look doofy. Turn em off slow pokes.
How bout those nervous nellies too scared to drive without headlights on in the daytime or if there is a little rain!

Re: hidden wiring!!
I hate all those extra wires!!! On my '82, I cheated. Just threw away all the wiring in the car and bought a new 12 circuit harness.... I'm not one to bother with a lot of the accessories, if it doesn't make the car go faster or handle better, I don't need it!!!!
I have seen a place on eBay that advertises wiring schematics specific to a car, and come laminated so they will last awhile taped to the windshield and tracing wires!!!! Depending on what all accessories you are keeping, I would imagine that about half of the engine compartment wiring harness could be done away with.....

Re: hidden wiring!!
Read the thread
All but about 12 wires will go away which is alot thinner and a 12 circuit system
