Rear Speakers with clips?

Rear Speakers with clips?
I pulled the sail panel off and see I have stock speakers at they say Delco on them. But these have these clips attached and I have no idea how to get them off.
Does the clip come completely off the speaker or Does the bottom clip connected to the wire slide out leaving the top clip attached to the speaker?
