Nothing works F!!ked up
When I got my car it came with a alarm system that I never liked so I disabled it because I work on my car alot and its annoying to disable it all the time whenever I open a door, it was a shitty install and was connected to my kelyess door entry and maybe even the steroe setup not sure, the other day I was installing a new deck because the faceplate was lost for current one and no sound worked so I thought I should reconnect the alarm. The alarm was connected straight to the battery so I just disconnected from there but that was a year ago and I forgot which wires it was. I found a wire near the battery and thought it maybe it so i tryed it out and the cd player made a noise like its trying to eject a cd the keyless entry made a noise like it just recieved power and the ringing noise when you leave the door open was ringing, but nothing worked and i took it off and nothing worked at all I checked the fuses they look ok thinking I damaged the main computer or something big any ideas what happend.

the first thing you need to do is get that POS alarm system out and reconnect the factory wires back to factory configuration. they usually cut a few wires and install the alarm in the middle. I'm 90% sure you armed the alarm, so you are dead until that is rectified. when all else fails restore the situation to factory specs. i had an aftermarket keyless entry on a pickup, ripped it out the day after I purchased the truck. didn't trust it!

There's nothing about the stock computer system that would prevent the lights, radio, etc. from working. These are very simple computer systems that only control engine management functions. So your issues lie within that alarm system and not the factory wiring or the factory computer system.

That sounds like some good advice I will completely remove the alarm, when the alarm was connected the lights would blink untill i armed it what do you think it is wired to I'm guessing the alarm unit itself is somewhere in the doors. Thanks for the advice.

I didn't have time to completly remove the alarm system but what I did was remove both battery terminals for about 20 mins and when reconecting them everything worked, the alarm system locked up or something when I attached the green wire to the terminal.Still not getting sound because the cdplayer is a shitty install only had 3 wires wired up gonna remove the alarm and do some rewiring.
