proformance chip

hey i was wondering, i got 91 3.1L v6 on ebay do them performance chips really work or are they crap?

If your talking about the ones that claim to make your car instantly gain 100hp and 100mpg than they are crap. Its just a resistor that tricks your ecm to function differently don't waste your money.
