New starter installed, now headlights flicker during operation
Just installed a new starter in my 84 camaro z28, everything starts fine and operates as it should for the most part. Everything has started flickering, dash lighting, interior lighting, radio, headlights, tail lights, all flicker during driving. Im really not quite sure what the issue could be other than a loose ground or perhaps a blown fuse, any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated though.

I would go back over your starter install, and recheck everything, could be a pinched wire???
It could be a loose ground, positive battery lead loose/chaffed, or it could be your alt about to bite the biscuit!!
Check it out!!

Actually pulled it up on some ramps climbed under there and noticed one wire that wasnt attached to the large lug on the solenoid. It was just touching not connected and creating a short basically. Properly seated it on the lug and tightened the nut down and its good now. Thanks for the advice.

It always pays to re-check the work that you do.........that way little things don't get in the way of the big picture!!
