Car: 90 iroc z
Engine: 350 needs work
Transmission: 700r4 needs work
resistance on key
When i check resistance on chip it reads 9.52. would this be 952 ohms.

I'd check it again - that's a value out of range between two other values - here's the list of possible values: https://www.thirdgen.org/vats_passkey_system
