It’s located near the battery.

It’s a bayonet type.

Pump Slump

Using a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) see if you have power on pin A of the pump relay (orange wire).

It doesn’t matter what position the key is in.

If there is power there jump pin A to pin E for a second or two with a piece of wire.

Does the pump run when you do that?

There is no fusible link in line with that orange wire, just the fuse as discussed in post #2.

The
orange wire from the relay goes to a Prime Connector located in the area above the right strut.

It’s just sort of hanging around there and might be difficult to find.

From there the
orange wire goes to the battery thru the fuse discussed earlier, then to a junction block near the right side of the radiator, then to the battery.

Hopefully a PO didn’t change things.

If you still can’t find it you’ll have to open some loom and tape to physically trace it to find the break.

that just confused me completely.. people keep mentioning this junktion block. are u talking about this thing that looks like a crown right next to the radiator tht has about 5 wires connected to it? and what i thought was it goes from the battery to a fusible link then to the fuse then to the relay then to the pump.. ugh im so lost with this its not even funny.. all i know is those 2 fuses are fine. i replaced them anyway and the orange wire isnt getting power, the wire running to the fuse isnt getting power either no wires i see period are getting power... checked all at the relay all the wires at the 2 fuses..

Yes.

There are fusible links in that area, however none of them pertain to the pump.

If there is no power on either side of the fuse you have found the problem.

The
red wire side of the fuse is supposed to have power on it at all times.

You might have found it.

The Primer Connector has a single
red wire to it.

If the battery gage was hooked up correctly, just cutting it’s wires wouldn’t cause stalling.

Can you restart it?

Not originally.

Apparently the PO made a change.

Yes, restoring the wiring to the original configuration is the best way for that circuit.
