i unplugged lighter, taped it off. took out toggle switch previous owner had for fan. put everything back the way it came from factory. before i did all that the acc fuse blew i bout 5 mins. now light stays on and fuse dont blow. but i still get no acc at radio harness. book shows it the larger yellow one? so that the one ive been testing.

 

Radio has a fuse of its own, not necessarily tied into the ACC fuse.

 

i havent even hooked up radio. i just tested for power at yellow wire w/ test light with key turnt to acc.

 

well my mistake. i thought the thicker yellow wire was the accessory wire, but turns out its the thinner one.

 

where in the stock ac delco radio is the fuse located? this is out of a 85 firebird
