fuel gauge wire color>>>
ok so I have a 1991 rs with a 383 carbed motor! everything was working fine then I decided to clean up the wire harness from the c 100 clip..... i have no fuel gauge level n e more what color is the wire for that? cant figure out what i did wrong? everything was fine before everything is still fine now but fuel level? any help would be great!

I helped to rewire a 1987 Berlinetta a few months ago and redid the whole instrument cluster by splicing the stock wires to a Painless harness. IIRC, the fuel sender wire is solid pink (not pink w/ black stripe).

I know theres two wires...one for the pump and one for the gauge. I thought the gauge wire was purple, not pink. IDK, it's not in front of me so I'm not 100% sure. Just going off memory.
