i need someone who has pix or can take pics of where the vss buffer is mounted i forgot where to mount it and dont want to leave it hanging, my car is an '86 t/a

 

I have seen the behind the ip and mounted on the ecm bracket and also mounted with velcro from the factory.

 

so there was different locations that it was mounted

 

Yes, it moved quite a bit from year to year and F to C

Also keep in mind it can be yellow or cream colored

 

i have the yellow one most tof the work from my preivouse post on wiring all the work was done by dyno don but i never paid attention on where it was mounted and looked at other pics but mine does not have the braket i seen on some or screwed close by the ip i think mine was velcroed
