Gauge Cluster Lighting Issue

I have a 1991 Camaro Z28 convertible. The problem I'm having is everytime I turn the lights on, the lights on the tach side will go dim and the lights for the turn signal and high beam will glow.

My fix (for now) is using the palm of my right hand, I hit the dash pad... then the tach is nice and bright and the turn signal and high beam lights go off, but only temporarily. It will happen over and over as I am driving, it happens so often to the point that the palm of my hand starts going numb.

I know it is a ground issue. I am just hoping that someone out there has had the same problem and has found the real fix. So Please if you have had this problem and found maybe a ground that commonly gets loose, please let me know.
