Cruise control wiring short

Ok so i been discussing this situation on gtasourcepage about my cruise control not working i been playing around with the wiring an i notice no power is going to the module. I do have power into the pink/black wire that goes into the multifunctioning switch for the cruise but i think power isnt coming out does this mean the multi switch is bad ????

With power on the pink wire with a black stripe, and the cruise switch at the ON position, measure for voltage at the gray wire coming out of the switch.

If there’s no power there replace it.
