Headlight motor fix
Headlight motor fix
Hey there i got a 1992 firebird. My left headlight has been having problems coming up every single night for about a month. Every time i turn them on theres a nocking noise like its trying to come up. The only way i can get it to stay up is play with it for about 5 minutes till it flickers and i pop the hood and turn the ***.
my question is do i need to just buy a new one and install it or can i use this rebuilt kit to fix it?

Re: Headlight motor fix
You can repair them with that kit. I should know since I make the kit for Hawks.

i rebuilt my motors earlier this year using the kit from Lon at TDS and now my headlights work flawlessly
