I would try either a junkyard or a Chevy dealer...
Have you positively identified it as bad? If not, they are really easy to test. You could also order one from Rock Auto... I ordered a few switches from them with great results and quick shipping.

Well this car wa under alot of water, and in the rebuild process, it used to be an automatic and now has a six speed in it. and in order to make this vehicle pass tech it needs it. just seems like the easy parts are the hardest to find

Did you swap using 4th gen pedals? I purchased my Neutral Safety switch from Hawks. Not sure if the 3rd gen pedals use the same switch as the 4th gen pedals.

My pedals came with it, and I was upset I wasted money on the switch... until I went to start my car and found a faulty NSS... Haha
This thread has pictures along with part numbers for 3rd gen pedals.

Re: neutral safety switch
FWIW, if you cannot find one, you can easily make one yourself. You need a switch that can handle 30 amps and activates when pushed. Install it on the pedal assembly in a way so that it is activated when the clutch pedal is fully depressed to the floor (disconnect the clutch master rod for that test to make it easier).
Hope this helps.
