High beams stay on all the time?

I just bought some new dims (mainly because mine were complete and utter garbage) but after my new ones were put in I noticed that eve when my brights are switched off, they still like to be lit up a little bit. I'm a bit picky about this sorta stuff, son it isn't a huge deal. But any help on this would be nice.

You have a bad ground on the hi-beam lamp(s).
