Battery relocation.

Hey. I want to relocate my battery to the trunk area in my camaro. Where would be a good place to ground the battery? What exactly do I have to do to do the install. I just bought a universal kit from jegs. Thanks.

Re: Battery relocation.

Since our cars are unibodies, any good clean connecton to metal will be fine.

Be sure to add a ground strap from the body to the engine block.

Also, if you every plan to race it, you need a exteranlly vented battery box.

Ok. Thanks. That's what I was planning on doing since it only came with 3' ground.
