No power!
So, winter is finally gone. Reach my car in the garage ( A 89 Trans Am with the 305 TPI) and try to start it. No power!
That's okay, My battery was old anyway.
So, I'm getting a brand new battery, plug it, then try to start to car.
No power!
No power anywhere. No power to the dome light, no bip sound when i open doors, no power to the starter, no power anywhere.
!!!
At this point, I plug boosting cables to my battery. and put the boosting box to "start" mode. Juice is coming! Well, does not change anything. No power!
Well, I really don't know what to do now. I'm not a mechanics! What should I do? change every wire in the car?

Re: No power!
No no no. Not every wire. Check the leads on the battery cables. Check the grounds for the battery. The fact that nothing lights up at all seems to point at the problem coming from one of the two battery cables and their affiliates.

Re: No power!
As for checking the grounds, do I need a special instrument?
