Electrical / wiring / lighting question
1990 Camaro RS question: When I have the steering wheel in the normal driving position, the dimmer switch doesn't work.
If I put the wheel all the way up, the switch works fine.
Also, several times when I tried to switch between brights & dims, the headlights went out all together for a second, but came right back on.
What causes this & how do I fix it? It's not fun having to move the column every time I need to switch.
I might end up putting some small fog lights under the core support somewhere just to guarantee that I will have some lighting in case the headlights go out. Any recommendations on small / low profile lights? How about LED's? Thanks!

Re: Electrical / wiring / lighting question

The switch is most likely out of adjustment ,a common problem with age

.... Yeah... I figured it had something to do with the dimmer switch, I just didn't know what to look at first or if there was adjustment on it.Thanks for the links!
