Alternator not charging

The car is a 92 rs was a 5.0 tbi then was 350 carb, motor went south now has a 350 tpi with holley hp efi. The charging system has worked fine till the tpi was just put in and hasn't worked since the first start-up. I have tried two alternators and they both just tested good. I have power at the red wire and cable and have power at the brown with key on. Dash gauge seems to work right is there a battery light on the dash also? Side notes the factory harness is still in the car but has had some of the un-needed wiring cut out maybe a relay has been removed by mistake? I did swap the big relays on driver-side but didn't help also checked fuses everything looked ok. At this point im at a total loss and have no idea on what else to try.

FIXED I should have said almost all the grounds are good but the main one I needed for the alternator. Long story short had my bracket powder coated and didn't let the ground pass threw. Fix was just run a ground wire from head to alternator.
