alright, i did a search and didnt really find much. recently got an 87 trans am, it looks great but mechanically is a tad rough.... i havent had the time to look into this issue whatsoever, so i figuered i would post on here thinking maybe someone has had the same problem. well headlights and everthing work, but turn signals and hazards dont work. yet when i hit the brakes, it illuminates the turn signals...... any ideas?

 

Try the flasher relay at all? Most of the time its that

 

so try putting in a new flasher relay?

 

yeah try that and see if that resolves the issue

 

Your turns and hazards come on at all or are they just lit up and not blinking?

Do you have the tail lights with the 4 red lights on top and the yellow and clear ones on the bottom? If you do, someone may have swapped to different tails in the past and forgot to undo the wiring change under the driver's side kick panel before putting the old tails back...
