Tach issues

My tach isn't working. When the car is off and the key isn't in the ignition the tach is off like it should be. But once I crank it the tach pegs all the way op and stays there. Some times I think it will jump a little and peg out again, but It does it so quick while I'm driving that it almost seams like I imagined it. LOL Any idea how to track it down and get it working?

Re: Tach issues

I purchased a fixed tach from another member gcj280 and then shipped him back my old one. Contact him, he might be able to help.
