Drivers side turn signal help?

Turn signals work fine on both sides with the headlights off, but once they're on the drivers side just stays on and doesnt flash, green arrow just stays on. I replaced the flasher thinking that was the issue and that wasn't it. Hazards work with lights off and when i turn them on the drivers side blinks at a different time than the passenger side, any ideas? Thanks.

Re: Drivers side turn signal help?

One of the bulbs on that side is in the socket wrong, touching both contacts.
