So i just replaced my head gasket. Pain in the ***. Emissions suck. Anyway only thing i know i did wrong was not marking where the rotor in the distributor was. Which is kinda.a big deal but i figured i had a 50/50 shot cause the distributor only sits flush on the intake 2 different ways.due.to the oil thing that connects to the bottom. So its either 180° wrong or its close. I go to.start my car and it doesnt turn over or anything just a ticking sound. Any ideas?

 

And i didnt mess with any of the starters wires
