89 GTA headlights, tail lights, parking lights flickering

Transmission: 700R4
89 GTA headlights, tail lights, parking lights flickering
Just as the title says. When I turn on my lights they flicker. I had both the alternator and battery checked and both were good. What could I be looking at? Possibly the alternator going?
